How to place an order

Option 1
You can visit our studio in Pretoria, Cnr Francis Baard & Lillian Ngoyi, Prime Tower building 212. Please make an appointment if you would like to come into our studio. We are available Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00. You are also welcome to book for an appointment for after working hours from 17:00 until 18:30 or alternatively you can book for Sunday from 10:00 until 15:00. Saturday we are not open, we are closed.

Option 2
place an order here on our website, and we will deliver to you. You order by going to the item you want, then click “add to cart” on the item you want. If you want to buy more , you continue your shopping by repeating the same process then when you are done you click “check out”, then you will fill in your name, contact details and the address where the item will be delivered to delivered. 

Delivery 
Our delivery takes 3- 4 working days after your order is confirmed. In case of emergency whereby the item is needed within 48 hours, you can contact us directly and will gladly assist with other options of posting your item. Your item is delivered through a courier and as the customer you will be responsible for the delivery costs even during emergency posting. We will deliver the items using Courier. Your courier cost will be included on your total payment. You order is confirmed after receiving your payment through pay fast or EFT. If you are using EFT please email us your valid proof of address.

Delivery charge
Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and weight of items ordered. You can see the exact charge for your shopping cart after entering your address details on the checkout page (before entering any payment information).

If you leave outside South Africa
place an order here on our website, and we will deliver to you. You order by going to the item you want, then click “add to cart” on the item you want. If you want to buy more, you continue your shopping by repeating the same process then when you are done you click “check out”, then you will fill in your name, contact details and the address where the item will be delivered to delivered. We will confirm your order through email and update you about the progress of delivery. 

Delivery cost will be calculated before you confirm your order and will be paid by the client. Delivery will normally take 4-7 working days after payment is successfully received via Pay Fast.

Custom orders 
Special orders are those that needs a size such as ordering a full hat. Only a full hat or bonnet needs a head size. There is no need for a size when ordering fascinator or cocktail because they normally have small cups than only sit on the top part of your head. A big fascinator might have a full cup that needs a measurement and when you place an order for such a fascinator we will request you to give us a head measurement. 

How to measure

You measure by using the normal tape measure used in clothing measurements. Use inches please. 

Refer to the image below
You put your tape measure on your forehead and wrapping it around your head. It must be straight and exactly where your hat will be sitting. Count your measurement from 1 inch. If you are going to wear a weave and you measure your head without your weave on, please also give allowance for your wig. E.g. If your measurement is 24inch then after adding allowance it be will be 24.5 inch

Please note we will not be held liable for any measurements done incorrectly.

Color / Colors
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that the color given is correct and we conformed that it is available. We prefer that you send through your fabric swatch as it is much to work on your color.

Wrong pattern
Is it your responsibility to ensure that all your specifications given are understood, very clear and possible.

Not collecting your order.
If you have not collected your order after 3 months, we will sell it and all your money paid will be forfeited.

Payment
Note that we do not accept cash or cheques on delivery. All payment or balance must be settled before the item leaves our studio.

Lay bye
We offer a 2 months’ pay bye. You lay bye via online or through email. If the item is not collected and the balance not settled by the end of 2, the item will sold and your deposit is forfeited. If the item balance is settled by the end of 2 months, we will only keep the item for only another 1 month. By the end of 3months will sell it and your deposit is forfeited. 

Further information 
All prices quoted on this website are in South African Rends and include Value Added Tax where applicable.
Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
Once your order is complete, we will notify you of the dispatch date. Delivery & Carriage Charges
Goods will normally be dispatched from our studio within 2 working days and any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice.
We will normally deliver goods using Courier which will take 3-4 working days of dispatch, depending on your location, not including any time needed for customs clearance at your location.
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
If items are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly (within 24hrs after delivery).
You can choose to pick up your order at our studio in Pretoria Cnr Francis Baard & Lillian Ngoyi, prime Tower building 212 at no extra charge. We will notify you via email or phone when pickup can be made.
